C-5 crash, dover Delaware. Wrong flap setting, and misidentified the dead engine, and didn't use a good engine. Instead of 3 engines they only were using 2. OOOOOPPPPS

This is what happens when inexperienced people are given a plane, though there deffinetly was some air-to-ground communication errors.
